For approximately two hours on Sunday,
Monday, and Tuesday morning, the class will convene at a meeting
room in the Marriott for breakfast and an open discussion of life and
the pursuit of happiness. A little touchy feely for HBS graduates,
but surprisingly most of them responded well to this stimulation the
last three reunions. There were some HBSers who refused to show up for fear of having to
disclose something about themselves or resisiting any "New Age" intrusions
into their structured lives. Yes, "New Age" is now 47 years

old, but is still viewed as some liberal uprising by most of these
curmudgeons.
Any suggestions
about the format are welcomed, most of which, I will try to ignore as I have already made up my mind
about myself and don't need anyone sticking their nose in my
business. Come and be uplifted....a case study with 100 souls
and no homework!

Late Night HBS-61
Remember going out at night? No, not to walk the dog, but actually going out…again, no, not to a nightclub or an after-hours bar or even a saloon. Do they still have saloons? Of course not. Now about as racy as any of us get is to go to a friend’s house for a late night drink. Except this time the friend’s house is a suite at the Marriott. Not large enough for games but plenty large enough for good ole camaraderie, staying up past our bedtimes and enjoying a nightcap.
